Ok i found this guide online it may not be the be all and end all for the perfect tuning but it will give you an in sight to tuning.

my first few laps around suzuka west i got a 1.22 then i read this guide tweaked a few things and i got it down to a 1.19

I could probly get a better time if i tweaked it a little more but at the mo im happy and need to race against the evo as a tester so hit me up when u got some free time.
